We are in the middle of heated debate about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Some people call entire crypto phenomenon bubble, other are investing like mad and expecting huge profits. One of prominent bankers JPMorgan Chase chief executive Jamie Dimon made claims last year that Bitcoin is a fraud. Although he has taken a step back on that claim lately, still he claim JP Morgan Chase will not invest in Bitcoin. One other important analyst – Jeremy Grantham, co-founder of the GMO investment management firm claims that Bitcoin is just a bubble. Jeremy Grantham has correctly predicted 2000 and 2008 stock crashes so his opinion is held in high regard.
Will Bitcoin really fail? Future is uncertain as always. New York Stock Exchange believes Bitcoin is here to stay. They have filed to list five leveraged exchange-traded funds that track the price of Bitcoin on their Arca trading platform. This is great news for Bitcoin. This means that more and more institutional exchanges are taking crypto serious. After CCN and CBOE NYSE will be third big exchange to include Bitcoin options to their trading platform. Moreover well known and respected broker also offers Bitcoin for trade – IQ Option. IQ Option Bitcoin trade has been added to this broker’s offer for traders just recently.

NYSE Files to List Leveraged Bitcoin ETFs
As documents NYSE filed on January 4th with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reveal, the NYSE wants to list five bitcoin ETFs. These ETFs are created by Direxion Asset Management, a fund provider that manages about $12,5 billion worth assets. ETFs are named: Bear 1X, 1.25X Bull, 1.5X Bull, 2X Bull and 2X Bear. So we have three bulls and one bear. As the name of these ETFs suggest the value of bulls will increase or decrease according to price of bitcoin futures. On the other hand value of bears will increase when price of Bitcoin futures falls and their value will decrease when price of Bitcoin futures rises.
